If a tire becomes unserviceable due to an eligible adjustable condition during the tread life (defined below) within 100,000 km from the original date of manufacture. The tire will be replaced by an equivalent new tire supplied by manufacturer. A replacement charge may be required on order to obtain a replacement tire (as defined below). Or, a credit can be granted based on tread remaining.

TREAD LIFE

When the remaining tread comes down below fifty percent (shown by tread wear indicators molded into the tread grooves) the tire is worn out and this warranty ends.
