Instruction Manual

  • Check the tire pressure frequently and whenever it is cold. Remember that the air carries the weight, not the tire.
  • Always use the size and pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. It is recommended that the 4 tires have the same make, size, load capacity, speed index, and pressure.

ALIGNMENT

The alignment process consists of checking and correcting 3 angles: Camber, Caster, Convergence or Divergence

This should be done every 100,000 km or every time you make repairs or changes in the bearing assembly such as suspension, brakes, etc.

BALANCING

The balancing process seeks to find the balance point of the tire/rim assembly. This should be done every 100,000 km or any time you make repairs or changes to the bearing assembly such as suspension, brakes, etc. Or any time you make a repair to the tire or rim. Or when you notice any type of vibration.

  • Rotate your tires every 10,000 km.
  • Check the tread of the tire frequently, looking for cuts or any other irregularities.
  • Avoid defects in the road such as potholes or any other irregularity that might affect the tread, the walls, or the structure of the tire.

Installation

MOUNTING

Place the rim in the assembly i machine and secure it. If you are installing a directional tire, be aware of the direction of rotation.

Lubricate the walls of the tire. This will help avoid damage to the tire in the installation process.

Place the rim first on the lower flange and tighten, then on the upper flange of the tire and tighten.

Install the valve and remove the rim from the assembly machine.

Inflate the tire. Be aware of the pressure specified by the manufacturer and do not exceed it.

Check the tightness of the flanges and that there aren’t any leaks. If you find a leak, uninstall the tire and repeat the process, checking that both the tire and the rim are in good condition.

Finally, tighten the valve and mount the tire on the vehicle.

WARNINGS, PROHIBITIONS, AND USE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Avoid contact with abrasive products or oil-based products.

Verify the level of wear on the tire’s tread band using the wear indicators on the tread band. Never use tires that are worn beyond the recommended minimum.

Use the walls and tire recommended for each type of vehicle and according to the type of road you will use most often.

Remember to check the pressure and alignment of your tires and to balance them regularly.
